Welcome to the 22nd year of our existence as an office, created for the sole purpose of retrieving for our people, from a past regime's profligacy, what belongs to our people, by right and by lawWelcome to the web site of the Presidential Commission on Good Government.
On behalf of all the dedicated women and men who served before our time, and together with the present staff we are privileged to work with, we invite you to enter our home pages and read the detailed story of what we have done and what we are presently doing. Our work is tedious, voluminous, circuitous and oftentimes, dangerous. But it is a labor we offer for God, country and people, because, the ultimate repository of our retrieval is the comprehensive agrarian reform program - - - in short, the Filipino farmer.
We take particular pride in the fact that we are a fundamental logistical backbone of our economy because the billions of pesos that the PCGG has recovered, and continues to recover, go to the National Treasury for the use of agrarian reform.
